A Georgian merchant house.Built in 1860 by William Abey, Cordwainer House was a retail bootmaker shop and residence in the heart of colonial Deloraine. Cordwainer House sits on a estate with orchards, hazelnut grove, and creek with resident crayfish, frogs and platypus.
